Our mission is simple: to create designs that not only look beautiful but also enhance the way you live and work. Colleen Bennett
CEO / Principal Designer
Colleen Bennett founded her first Interior Design Studio, Caducus Folium, in 2006. This Costa Rica-based firm quickly expanded into six design centers located in Ecuador, Colombia, Mexico, Nicaragua, and Honduras. Colleen designed most of the presidents’ and dignitaries’ homes in Central America and throughout the region. In 2012 Colleen moved back home to North Carolina and opened the US division of the company, CBB Design Firm, based in Morganton, NC.
Shortly after graduating from Wake Forest University, Colleen became the youngest furniture representative hired by Drexel Heritage. Travelling the world, she visited over 60 countries and designed thousands of vignettes of every style and budget for her clients. In 2009 Colleen was hired as the youngest account manager and visual merchandiser for Ralph Lauren Home where she was responsible for all of their home stores in Africa, Australia, and Latin America.
Colleen is involved in every aspect of the design process from the initial development phase, Cad Design, 3D Renderings, color and finish selections, furniture selections and installation to the finished home! She is able to show the client, visually, what the finished product will look like so that they can confidently make decisions.
Colleen also founded and owns Morgan Stuart Logistics in Morganton, NC which represents luxury hospitality and residential furniture manufacturers. The company ships worldwide and currently services over 40 countries.
Colleen’s passion for design is equaled only by her profound love of family and strong desire to give back. Colleen is a mother of three daughters. She spends her free time in mentoring roles with the Girl Scouts, Epilepsy Foundation and coaching. In 2020, during the pandemic, Colleen founded “Bute Couture”, a sustainable luxury handbag company. All of the handbags are made of upcycled fabric and leather from the scraps of the furniture industry that would have otherwise been sent to landfills. The company prioritizes ethical practices and pays workers living wages. Ten percent of proceeds from handbag sales are donated to local women’s charities.

Clint Snow
I have been providing kitchen and bath design services since late 2002. I began my career in Vermont, also working in upstate New York, and now in North Carolina. I have been involved with the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) for over 15 years, and earned my Associate Kitchen and Bath Designer (AKBD) certification about 15 years ago. I specialize in kitchen and bathroom designs, but I have also designed many other spaces that are typically found in a home. I focus on checking specifications, measurements, and details, so everything fits right the first time.
Fun fact:
I enjoyed drag racing a classic muscle car in my younger days. Today, I enjoy camping and my garden tractor collection, and I occasionally participate in tractor pulling events.

Showroom Manager
Josie is a dedicated member of the CBB marketing team, specializing in social media management, event coordination, and client support. With nearly two years at CBB, she plays an important role in elevating the brand’s presence while helping create seamless, personalized experiences for clients. From curating engaging content to assisting in clients’ homes, Josie brings a strong eye for detail, organization, and a genuine care for both the brand and those it serves.
Walquiria Mayorga
Office Manager
Walquieria has been a valued member of CBB Design Firm since November 2024, serving as office manager at our main office in Morganton, North Carolina. Originally from Nicaragua, she has a Bachelor of Laws and a Master degree in Business Law with a specialization in Legal Consulting from the Central American University José Simeón Caña, formerly located in Managua. She has 12 years of experience in tax consulting, gained in her home country.
At our company, she manages our virtual warehouse portal and maintains order in all incoming paperwork. With great respect for her colleagues, she always strives to support them in other office functions. In her free time, she enjoys baking and pastry-making as a way to spend quality time with her family.

His role is essential in creating a smooth, reliable experience from warehouse to final installation, consistently representing the quality and professionalism of the CBB team.
